Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, we want to ensure that you and your child have an exceptional experience at Pediatric First. Serving patients throughout Warner Robins, GA, and Fort Valley, GA, our pediatric physicians and staff are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care.

We also try to work with insurances not listed here as well. If your child is on Medicaid-CMO, please check with our staff. Only payment will be required at the time of service and we will be sure to file for it.

Appointments & No-shows
We try to accommodate sick patients as soon as possible, including same-day services. If we have openings at different sites, you will be given the option to go there. We request that you be on time for your appointments. Our office will try to work you in if you are late, but we may reschedule your appointment, especially if you are more than 15 minutes late for your well-child appointments.
Please call us if you plan to miss an appointment. After three no-shows, we will follow the Well Care Guideline for no-shows and report to them with a request that they reassign your child to another pediatrician.

Insurance co-pays are required to be paid at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Our billing staff will work with you regarding your account, and our office sends out a maximum of two statements on balances.

Medical Record Procedures
Your child’s medical records will be provided to a requesting physician within two weeks at no charge with your signed consent. For anyone else, our office charges a handling fee of $25 minimum.
